OUR STRUCTURE
We are a pastor/staff led church that is protected by our Board of Directors and outside accounting/bookkeeping firms.
We believe in accountability for all staff. Our accountability structure has multiple layers. Each staff member is accountable to the Executive Team, and each Executive Team member is accountable to the Lead Pastor. Our Lead Pastor is accountable to the Board of Directors which is made up of ordained men of God. The Board also sets our Senior Pastor’s salary.
Our Senior Pastor and Executive Team have recused themselves from the handling of contributions. Our bookkeepers, accountants, and payroll company are companies and contractors outside of our church to ensure objectivity and integrity in all things.
